Our Guest House
La Demeure de l'Aubance is a guest house, which will welcome you in a 19th century building, completely renovated for your greatest comfort. Located in the heart of the village of Saint Melaine sur Aubance, which is surrounded by vineyard hillsides, and ideally located 15 minutes from Angers. The spacious, bright and warm interior will allow you a quiet and relaxing stay. You will access the guest lounge and your suite through the large main entrance.

Two possible ambiances for the exterior with a Village Side and its Mediterranean courtyard and a Nature Side with its 6,000m2 wooded park.

Our guest house is happy to welcome you with its two beautiful suites, and its very large bedroom which can each accommodate 1 to 4 people.

The large garden at the back of the house will welcome you for moments of calm and relaxation. Its large green spaces will allow you to lounge in the sun, get some fresh air or indulge in some games (shuffleboard, badmington, pétanque, etc.)

The large courtyard in front of the house, with its heart of Bourg environment, surrounded by old slate walls and outbuildings will offer you a Mediterranean atmosphere to have breakfast, a drink or simply to enjoy a moment of relaxation

Our lounge entirely dedicated to guests welcomes you for breakfasts, table d'hôte dinner or simply to relax in its comfortable leather lounge with a glass of wine from our local selection

You will find magazines, books and games (for all ages)
A kettle, with its selection of tea and infusions as well as a coffee machine will be at your disposal.

You can also taste a selection of wines from our region (by glass or by the bottle)
To refuel you, we provide you with jars of terrines, dishes and desserts.

A boutique corner with a selection of “decoration/memories" or “to taste” products from some of our local artisans to please you or as a gift
